ForceMetrics™ is seeking a self-driven, mission-oriented Full-Stack Developer to join their team in building a data search and analytics platform for public safety agencies and community organizations.
The role involves designing and building software products that enrich and synthesize law enforcement datasets to improve officer effectiveness and optimize resource planning.
As a key member of the team, the developer will have hands-on involvement in shaping engineering practices and influencing core technology decisions.
Responsibilities include developing dynamic web applications using React (Next.js) and Python (Django), designing intuitive user experiences, writing comprehensive tests, and producing scalable code for a secure, multi-tenant SaaS environment.
The developer will engage in sprint planning and gain deep expertise in the ForceMetrics platform to address real-world challenges.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of experience in software development with a strong foundation in modern web technologies.
Proficiency in JavaScript and Python, with experience in frameworks like React, Next.js, or Vue.js is required.
Experience with CSS frameworks such as Tailwind, Bootstrap, or Material Design to create responsive interfaces is necessary.
Strong communication skills are essential for conveying technical topics to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A collaborative mindset and a strong desire to work cross-functionally are important.
Candidates should be growth-oriented, open to feedback, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.
A proactive problem solver who is eager to take initiative and deliver results in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
U.S. Citizenship (or Green Card Holder) and the ability to pass an FBI background check are mandatory due to the sensitive nature of the data.
