IsI Enterprises is seeking a highly motivated Mid-Level Full-Stack Engineer to be an integral part of a fast-paced agile development team.
The developer will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and supporting an industry-leading software platform.
As a full-stack engineer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of both backend services and frontend components.
Responsibilities include collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to design, develop, and enhance features for the enterprise web application.
You will implement scalable and efficient back-end solutions using Kotlin to support business use cases.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality front-end components using the React framework to deliver an exceptional user experience.
You will work closely with frontend engineers to define and implement internal and external APIs for facilitating business use cases.
Debugging and remediating issues discovered by team members, users, and test automation in a timely manner is essential.
Monitoring the performance of the application in production and taking action to ensure reliability is part of the job.
Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members to ensure code quality and consistency is expected.
You will work with a fast-paced agile team through pull requests, scrum ceremonies, and feature documentation.

Requirements:

Candidates must present proof of U.S. citizenship before hire due to potential access to sensitive information from the federal government.
A minimum of 4 years of experience architecting, building, deploying, and maintaining web applications is required.
At least 2 years of experience in full-stack web development is necessary.
Proficiency in front-end development using React.js and related technologies is essential.
Strong programming skills in Kotlin or other JVM-based languages are required.
Experience with relational databases using SQL, specifically Postgres SQL, is necessary.
Strong experience designing, building, and consuming RESTful APIs, focusing on secure integration, scalability, and clear documentation is required.
Experience with LLM integrating AI into SaaS platforms is preferred.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is necessary.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail are required.
The ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at all levels, are required.
