The role is for a full-stack developer with strong front-end skills, focusing on software development for the Propello platform.
The developer will create new features to foster loyalty, drive revenue, and enhance user excitement while maintaining platform stability and security.
The position involves enhancing gamification features such as Points, Tiers, and Condition-based rewards, as well as developing innovative projects like 'Spin to Win' and 'Scratch and Stamp' cards.
The developer will collaborate closely with the product team to achieve ambitious objectives in a rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

The candidate must develop new features and maintain the existing platform while upholding high standards of code quality and functionality.
Proficiency in the Laravel Framework is required, including a strong understanding of core features like Eloquent ORM, routing, middleware, and authentication.
Hands-on experience with Vue.js is necessary, particularly in building interactive user interfaces and managing state with Vuex.
Familiarity with Laravel Livewire for building dynamic web applications without heavy JavaScript is essential.
Advanced knowledge of Sass is required to create clean, reusable, and maintainable styles.
Experience with Vite for bundling and optimizing front-end assets is necessary.
Strong experience in using Git for version control, including branching strategies and code reviews, is required.
Expertise in consuming and interacting with RESTful APIs for front-end and back-end integrations is essential.
Proficiency with Docker for developing and running applications in containers is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for regular interaction with internal and external parties are necessary.
The ability to troubleshoot and debug existing code effectively is required.
Desirable experience includes writing automated tests and familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
