Description:
- Klak is a centralized platform designed for African businesses to manage cash flow and automate financial operations efficiently.
- The Mid-level Fullstack Engineer position involves contributing to the mission of helping African businesses thrive by participating in the entire development lifecycle.
- Responsibilities include collaborating with designers and product managers, designing user interfaces, developing back-end systems using Node.js and Typescript, managing databases with PostgreSQL and MySQL, implementing APIs, writing clean and well-documented code, and conducting testing and debugging.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, including frameworks like React, Node.js, or Next.js.
- Understanding of back-end development concepts such as server-side programming, databases, and APIs.
- Experience with React, Node.js, Typescript, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Nest.js, and MySQL.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Preferred experience in fintech SaaS projects, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP), DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and version control systems (Git).
