Description:
The position is for a Mid-Level .NET Engineer with front-end exposure, available for full-time remote work.
The role involves working on a next-gen learning system aimed at closing the global skills gap in healthcare, providing free, high-quality training for medical professionals.
The engineer will join a small, mission-driven team where their work is visible and impactful, used by thousands of users.
Responsibilities include building and scaling backend services in .NET, contributing to the front end using Flutter/Dart or React, and collaborating on architecture decisions.
The engineer will ship high-quality, well-tested code and own their work from development to production, ensuring a fast-paced yet stable environment.
The tech stack includes .NET 6+ for backend, Flutter/Dart and React for frontend, and AWS for cloud services.
Requirements:
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer.
A solid background in building backend services using .NET is required.
Experience with front-end technologies such as React, React Native, or ideally Flutter is necessary.
Some exposure to AWS services is preferred, along with a willingness to learn.
Candidates should be comfortable with writing tests and ensuring code quality.
A curious, practical, and collaborative mindset is essential, with the ability to know when to build, reuse, or challenge the brief.
