Description:

• As a Mid-level Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of the production environment.
• Your role will involve proactive monitoring, issue resolution, and optimization of key performance indicators (KPIs) across the infrastructure.
• You will propose and develop solutions to maintain and enhance KPIs, optimize system performance, automate operational tasks, and implement disaster recovery solutions.
• Conduct architecture reviews, identify risks, and make recommendations for improving system performance and reliability.
• Calculate and communicate risks to prevent downtime and ensure high availability capacity building.
• Architect and implement advanced features within the Kubernetes ecosystem, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
• Document processes to ensure the reliability and maintainability of systems.

Requirements:

• Must have 2-3 years of experience in System Administration, DevOps Engineering, SRE, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Grafana for at least 2-3 years.
• Experience with Kubernetes and managing sensitive data with security measures like Vault, AWS Secrets management, etc.
• Ability to manage Linux OS Machines and large-scale systems using infrastructure as code tools like Crossplane and Terraform.
• Basic networking knowledge.
• Familiarity with open-source tools and eagerness to learn new ones.
• Understanding of the cloud-native ecosystem, CI/CD practices, container orchestration, and major cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and willingness to work on a shifting schedule.
• Excellent English communication skills for effective collaboration with foreign counterparts.
