Description:
Triptease is looking for a Mid Level Software Engineer to join their team based in Slovenia (Remote).
The company is a disruptive force in the tech space for online travel, empowering hotels to compete with Online Travel Agents.
The successful candidate will work in a small squad responsible for building, growing, and maintaining different parts of the Triptease stack, with a focus on backend components.
The team practices trunk based development, continuous delivery, and pair programming.
The Tech Stack includes TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Redis, Mongo, Google Cloud Run / Kubernetes, BigQuery, and Pub/Sub.
Requirements:
Seeking a collaborative individual who is open-minded and eager to continue developing their craft.
Must be comfortable with pair programming and have experience in writing distributed, high availability, high throughput systems.
Proficiency in writing clean, concise code, refactoring techniques, and writing tests incrementally.
Strong skills in developing solutions from client-side to server-side, with a customer-centric approach.
Solid understanding of HTTP, deployment pipelines, continuous delivery on cloud platforms, and experience with Google Cloud Platform, Docker, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
Bonus points for having an entrepreneurial streak, experience in cross-functional teams, and familiarity with multiple programming languages.
