We are seeking a Mid-Level Technical Support Agent with a strong focus on Laravel, with optional knowledge of ReactJS and WordPress.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills and be available to work the required afternoon shift from 4 PM to midnight or 5 PM to 1 AM (Moldova time).
Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting, customer interaction, documentation, cross-team collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning in Laravel.

Requirements:

Technical Expertise:
