Description:

  • In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by resolving technical issues related to our web applications.
  • You will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to web applications as part of incident management.
  • You will interact with clients to understand their needs, provide technical support, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • You will analyze complex technical problems, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions as part of problem-solving.
  • You will continuously identify opportunities to improve support processes and procedures.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field is required.
  • Proficiency in Java and the Spring Boot framework is necessary.
  • Experience with the C# programming language is required.
  • Database management experience with Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server is essential.
  • Knowledge of API documentation using Swagger is required.
  • Experience with API or Webservice testing tools like Postman or Insomnia is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of the Spring Framework (JPA, Spring Security, Restful APIs) and experience with both monolithic and microservice architectures is required.
  • Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, and TypeScript is necessary.
  • Experience with React or Angular 7 for building Single-Page Applications (SPAs) is required.
  • Unit testing experience is essential.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with CI/CD environments is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Git Flow for version control is required.
  • Intermediate to fluent English is necessary.
  • Preferred skills include knowledge of the ITIL framework, microservices architecture experience, proficiency with frontend development tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools), experience with Keycloak, cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS), Python programming experience, and familiarity with frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI, as well as Vue.JS experience.
