Description:

Craft efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and high-quality client code.
Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
Gather requirements, ensure team understanding, and maintain relevant documentation.
Execute activities within the current methodology and uphold quality standards.
Collaborate with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and drive client success.
Take ownership of projects from technical design to successful launch.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
Participation in multiple technical projects as a high-contribution engineer.
2+ years of experience with Node.js using ES6 Javascript.
Back-end expertise required.
2+ years of SQL expertise (Postgres preferred) with understanding of database query performance.
OOP expertise and architectural experience.
Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies.
Experience in building frontend/backend applications at scale.
Proficiency in the English language.
Additional desired experience includes knowledge of source control tools, SDLC, HTTP protocols, JSON and XML serialization formats, document databases, and unit testing.
