Remote Mid / Senior Backend Software Engineer (MENA)

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in backend development using technologies such as Typescript and Node.js (ExpressJS and NestJS).
• A strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture is required.
• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases (SQL and NoSQL) is necessary, with MongoDB experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and services such as S3, Lambda, EKS, and ECS is expected.
• Experience with caching technologies (e.g., Redis) and reverse proxy (e.g., NGINX) is required.
• Proficiency in version control systems such as Git and CI/CD practices is necessary.
• Candidates should be familiar with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently are essential.
• Fluency in English (C1 level preferred) is required.
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus but not mandatory.
• The position offers a commitment of either part-time (100 hours per month) or full-time (160 hours per month) for one year.
