Description:
- Seeking a highly skilled Mid-Senior SDE to join the team
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required
- Background in Python/Go and understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and AWS needed
- Project goal is to migrate synchronous gRPC routes to asyncio
- Responsible for moving traffic to asyncio for higher availability and lower latency
- Infrastructure based on Kubernetes, AWS, envoy with custom architecture
- Code base includes a large number of microservices
- Target routes can be in any microservice and implement any functionality
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as DevOps/SDE/SRE
- Proficiency in Python or Go
- Experience with AWS and its services
- Familiarity with SOA
- Experience with infrastructure provisioning tools like Terraform/Cloud Formation
- Testing experience with PyTest beneficial
- Experience with Bazel beneficial
- Experience with RPC protocols, gRPC preferable
