Description:
- The Senior Systems Administrator will be responsible for designing, planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of all departments and internal business systems.
- Tasks include configuring internal systems, diagnosing technical issues, supervising the Operations team, upgrading network infrastructure, installing servers and firewalls, training new system users, monitoring server performance, deploying new applications, and updating technical documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years in IT administrator roles.
- Fluency in English (Written and Verbal).
- Experience with Windows Server 2019, Microsoft Active Directory, Office365 (Microsoft Exchange), Hyper-V, SQL administration, Linux bash, and Networking (VPN, routing).
- Knowledge of Network Policy Server, DNS, IIS, Group Policy Management, Terminal Services, IPSEC, LT2P, VLAN, QoS.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
