Remote Mid-Senior Web Developer

Description:

• The company is looking for a talented Mid-Senior Web Developer to join their team.
• The Web Developer will be responsible for developing attractive and functional interfaces that meet business objectives and enhance user experience.
• Responsibilities include translating design mockups into high-quality code, developing and maintaining custom WordPress themes and plugins, optimizing website performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and accessibility, providing technical support, and staying updated with front-end technologies.
• The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, passionate, creative, detail-oriented, with a proven track record in building responsive websites using HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in frontend web development.
• Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, PHP, and MySQL.
• Extensive experience in developing WordPress themes from scratch.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and SEO.
• Ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and SVN.
• Willingness to work in AEST work hours.
• Candidate must be located in the Philippines.
• This is a 3-month project-term with a possibility of extension.
