Description:

Zipdev is looking to hire a Software Engineer with experience in Typescript, Python, and JavaScript, specifically with Vercel and Node.js frameworks, and a demonstrated interest in AI technologies.
In this role, you will work independently and collaboratively on various projects, managing everything from project architecture to deployment.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in designing and building software from scratch and excels at delivering high-quality, innovative solutions with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities include full-cycle software development (SDLC), gathering requirements from stakeholders, adhering to clean code principles, leveraging frameworks like Next.js to build modern web applications, automating internal processes, writing clean and scalable code, conducting software testing and debugging, documenting technical requirements, deploying software, and staying updated with emerging technologies.

Requirements:

Fluent English speaking and writing skills are required.
Candidates must have proven experience of at least 3 years in building production-level software.
Advanced proficiency in TypeScript (JavaScript) and Python is necessary.
Hands-on experience with Next.js and React.js for modern front-end development is required.
A strong interest and experience in AI technologies is essential.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to architect and build software solutions from scratch.
Experience in automating processes and creating interactive applications is required.
Excellent knowledge of relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL, and test-driven development is necessary.
Proficiency in software engineering tools and documenting requirements/specifications is required.
The ability to independently manage deadlines, projects, and deliverables is essential.
Strong communication skills and initiative in providing regular updates are necessary.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field is required.

Employees can work remotely Monday through Friday, totaling 40 hours a week, with no weekend work.
