Remote Mid Support Engineer

Description:

• Appsilon is seeking a Mid Support Engineer to join their Platform Engineering Team, responsible for resolving L1 through L3 incidents and supporting all aspects of the company's business areas.
• The role involves collaborating with the Platform and Support Teams, managing client relationships, participating in live support calls, and contributing to process and infrastructure improvements.
• The Mid Support Engineer will work on platform development projects, update documentation, and support internal project teams.
• The position requires working in a specific time zone: 8 PM-4 AM Eastern time (ET), UTC + 8.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles or other infrastructure-related positions, preferably with a Computer Science degree.
• Proficiency in remote work and a proactive, driven personality with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Extensive experience in client-facing roles and detail-oriented with strong Linux and System Admin skills.
• Ability to work in the specified time zone.
