Description:

  • Exadel is seeking a talented Middle Full-Stack Developer experienced in Java and Vue.js to join their team of innovators.
  • The company has been engineering products and custom software since 1998, with headquarters in Walnut Creek, California and 2,800+ employees in development centers across America, Europe, and Asia.
  • The position involves working on a project with a tech stack including Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, Weblogic, JBoss, Oracle DB, Postgres, Angular, JQuery, VueJs, and Hibernate.
  • Responsibilities include collaborating within an Agile team environment, developing new features, ensuring code quality, developing automated tests, and resolving escalated issues.
  • The role requires an Upper-Intermediate+ level of English proficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of development experience.
  • Expertise in Java/J2EE, Source Code Management (GitHub, Maven, AWS), SoapUI, Microservice development (Spring Boot), and CI/CD DevOps (Jenkins).
  • Practical experience with RDBMS and SQL language (MySQL/Oracle/SQL Server/PostgreSQL).
  • Competency in Spring and Hibernate.
  • Skills in defining interfaces/API using Web Services Technology (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Experience with automated and/or unit-testing tools (JUnit/Cucumber/Selenium/etc.).
  • Understanding of socket-level and multi-threading programming.
  • Knowledge of IDEs and tooling like IntelliJ IDEA/Eclipse/SoapUI/Postman.
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying web applications on servers like Apache Tomcat/WebLogic/JBoss/etc.
  • Familiarity with HTML, XML, XSD, JSON.
  • Confidence in JavaScript and Vue.js.
