Remote Middle GO Developer

Description:

• We are looking for a Middle Go Developer to join one of our teams and help us build great products for our clients.
• The role involves working on cutting-edge applications and being a liaison with key stakeholders.
• You will be involved in the development, design, and problem-solving of some of the advertising’s most challenging scaling issues.
• You will be responsible for various project initiatives aimed to enhance the delivery of hundreds of billions of daily transactions.
• The position requires working alongside a team of engineers on an existing code base.
• You will play a key part in influencing the Engineering and Product direction.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 3+ years of experience in software development and architecture in GO, operating in large-scale high availability systems.
• Experience dealing with scaling highly available globally distributed systems is required.
• Strong communication skills are essential for this position.
• An upper-intermediate level of English is necessary.
• Excellent organizational skills are a must.
• You should have the ability to manage and measure multiple priorities effectively.
• The ability to communicate complex topics to business stakeholders is required.
• Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies with a good understanding of how they work in real life is necessary.
• You must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications and action plans on a deliverable schedule.
• The ability to properly define estimations and deliver on those goals is essential.
• A passion for development and new technologies is required.
• You should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

WOULD BE A PLUS

• Experience with Engineering and business concepts in the ad-tech industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies would be beneficial.
