Description:

We are looking for an experienced Golang Software Engineer to join the N2P Messaging Team within our flagship product – Net2Phone.
This is a high-performance messaging platform for real-time communication and integration with external messaging applications.
The global B2B solution demonstrates GoLang’s strengths in building secure, scalable, and reliable communication platforms for enterprise needs.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining backend systems and services.
You will collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions.
The role involves writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code, optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability, and ensuring the security and integrity of applications.
You will troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth if you are a senior engineer.
Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies is also part of the job.

Requirements:

You must have 2+ years of production experience in Go/Python.
Experience with AWS or other clouds is required, along with an understanding of modern design patterns and proven experience applying them.
You should have experience in designing and maintaining complex systems and working with microservices.
Strong problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
Experience with NoSQL/SQL databases is required.
Knowledge and experience with Docker, Git, and Jenkins are necessary.
Good communication skills and the ability to work as a team player are important.
A good level of English, specifically B2 or higher, is required.
