The position is for a Middle Java Developer at KYIVSTAR, focusing on new revenue streams.
The role is full-time and offers remote work options.
Responsibilities include collaborating with the development team, DevOps, and Product Owner.
The developer will be responsible for selecting and implementing necessary tools, technologies, and techniques.
The job involves designing the architecture of applications and developing applications for data processing.
The developer will follow best practices and design principles while performing code reviews and ensuring code quality.
Troubleshooting and performance optimization are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 2+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong object-oriented programming (OOP) design skills and basic functional programming (FP) knowledge are required.
Proficiency in Java (version 8 or higher) is essential, including knowledge of core concepts such as collections and concurrency.
Hands-on experience with the Spring framework, including Boot, MVC, and Data/JPA, is necessary; experience with Cloud is a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in developing RESTful services is required.
Candidates must have a thorough understanding of Kafka stream processing.
A solid understanding of relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL and MySQL is required.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases (key-value, document, columnar) such as Aerospike, Redis, MongoDB, and Cassandra is necessary.
Understanding of stream data and big data processing is required.
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes concepts is essential.
Candidates should have an understanding of Unix-like systems.
Experience with continuous integration principles and tools is required.
Front-end skills in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap are a plus.
