Remote Middle Rust Engineer

• Your main task will be to build and enhance the core system for real-time trading and backtesting (simulating trades on historical data).
• You will be developing and integrating systems into the company’s existing infrastructure and workflows.
• You will write high-performance code, profile it, and maintain it.
• You will support and improve the system based on new requirements.
• You will write documentation, create tests, and enhance system observability.
• You will dive deep into the exchange and trading context.

Requirements:

• You must have experience in production development with Rust.
• A strong understanding of data structures and optimal algorithms is required.
• You should have hands-on experience with high-performance, multithreaded systems.
• Proven experience with code profiling is necessary.
• You must have expertise in designing APIs for user-facing libraries.
• Familiarity with containers, orchestrators, and Linux is required.
• Bonus points for knowledge of exchange trading or experience with .Net (C#) and ClickHouse.
• Proficiency in English and Russian is required.
