The role is for an experienced Data Analyst on a freelance basis for a 4-month project.
The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and communication skills and enjoy working with data to develop research-driven insights for clients.
Responsibilities include collecting, verifying, and processing data from various sources, analyzing marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry, and preparing PowerPoint reports.
The candidate will support and update existing dashboards in Tableau and create new ones for campaign performance analysis.
The role involves finding insights in data, preparing recommendations for improvement, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements.
The Data Analyst will design and implement data visualization solutions, ensure data accuracy, conduct regular data quality checks, and present findings to clients and internal teams.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Analytics, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of analytics experience in healthcare and/or marketing is necessary.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for creating presentations, and advanced SQL for querying data is required.
Familiarity with Python and SPSS is preferable but not mandatory.
Strong analytical thinking, storytelling based on data, and attention to detail are essential soft skills.
The candidate must have effective communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail is required to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Project management skills to handle multiple reporting projects simultaneously are necessary.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients is important.
A proactive, independent approach to stakeholder engagement and customer needs is expected.
The candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and have high emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and industry-specific metrics is a plus, as is experience with unstructured/semi-structured data and/or digital analytics.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Analytics, or Azure is also a plus.
