The company offers comprehensive end-to-end software and digital marketing services tailored to the pharmaceutical industry.
The role is for an experienced Data Analyst on a freelance basis for a 4-month project.
The candidate will collect, verify, and process data from various sources, including AWS, SQL, and Tableau.
Responsibilities include analyzing marketing campaigns in the pharmaceutical industry, preparing PowerPoint reports, and supporting existing dashboards in Tableau.
The analyst will find insights in the data, identify strengths and weaknesses in campaigns, and prepare recommendations for improvement.
The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
The candidate will design and implement data visualization solutions and ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports and dashboards.
Regular data quality checks will be conducted to identify and resolve discrepancies.
The analyst will present findings and insights to clients and internal teams clearly and concisely.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis, Analytics, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience.
A minimum of 5 years of analytics experience in healthcare and/or marketing is necessary.
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for creating professional presentations, and Tableau is required.
Advanced SQL knowledge for querying data in Amazon Athena and RDS is essential.
Familiarity with Python and SPSS is preferable but not required.
Strong analytical thinking, storytelling based on data, and attention to detail are crucial soft skills.
The candidate must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, focusing on translating data into actionable insights.
Advanced/Fluent English is required, along with effective communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
High attention to detail is necessary to ensure data accuracy and quality.
Project management skills to handle multiple reporting projects simultaneously are important.
The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and with clients is essential.
A proactive, independent approach to stakeholder engagement and customer needs is required.
The candidate should be comfortable in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments and able to lead high-visibility strategic projects.
High emotional intelligence, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in strategic account management are preferred.
Knowledge of healthcare marketing and industry-specific metrics is a plus.
Experience with unstructured/semi-structured data and/or digital analytics is desirable.
Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Google Analytics, or Azure is a plus.
