Description:

• WinTech is seeking a diligent and highly skilled Mid/Senior Front-end Developer to join their web development team.
• The role involves developing and implementing high-performing and scalable websites using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Responsibilities include planning and architecting web applications, overseeing the software development life cycle, monitoring front-end performance, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and deploying websites on platforms like Vercel or Netlify.
• The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with the team, provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and mentor other team members.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proven experience in high-performance, scalable websites and applications.
• Strong understanding of web project architecture, platforms like Vercel or Netlify, and website speed optimization.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in version control systems like GitHub and backend knowledge/experience is a plus.
