Description:

• WinTech is seeking a diligent and highly skilled Mid/Senior Front-end Developer to join their web development team.
• The ideal candidate will have expertise in Next JS, Next UI, Tailwind CSS, and Node JS, with a strong understanding of project architecture for scalability.
• Responsibilities include developing high-performing websites using Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS, overseeing the software development life cycle, ensuring front-end performance, and collaborating effectively with the team.
• The role involves deploying and managing websites on platforms like Vercel or Netlify, utilizing Next JS capabilities for website enhancement, and providing technical leadership through code reviews and mentorship.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with Next JS, Next UI, and Tailwind CSS.
• Proven experience in developing high-performance websites and applications.
• Strong understanding of web project architecture for scalability and performance.
• Proficiency in platforms like Vercel or Netlify for website deployment.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adhere to best coding practices.
• Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality work.
• Knowledge of website speed and performance optimization, version control systems like GitHub, and backend experience (nice to have).
