• Responsibilities include creating ML models from scratch or improving existing models, collaborating with the engineering team, data scientists, and product managers on production models, and developing an experimentation roadmap.
• You will set up a reproducible experimentation environment, maintain experimentation pipelines, and monitor ML models in production to ensure optimal performance.
• Writing clear and comprehensive documentation for ML models, processes, and pipelines is also part of the role.
• Staying updated with the latest developments in ML and AI and proposing innovative solutions is expected.

Requirements:

• You must be comfortable with standard ML algorithms and the underlying math.
• Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems is required.
• AWS Bedrock experience is strongly preferred.
• Practical experience with solving classification and regression tasks, as well as feature engineering, is necessary.
• You should have practical experience with ML models in production and one or more use cases from NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
• Solid software engineering skills are essential, including the ability to produce well-structured modules rather than just notebook scripts.
• Expertise in Python and Docker is required.
• A strong intermediate level of English is necessary.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are a must.
