As an ML Engineer, you will have opportunities for development and growth.
Responsibilities include creating ML models from scratch or improving existing models, collaborating with the engineering team, data scientists, and product managers on production models, and developing an experimentation roadmap.
You will set up a reproducible experimentation environment, monitor and maintain ML models in production, and write clear documentation for ML models, processes, and pipelines.
Staying updated with the latest developments in ML and AI and proposing innovative solutions is also part of the role.

Requirements:

You must be comfortable with standard ML algorithms and the underlying math.
Strong hands-on experience with LLMs in production, RAG architecture, and agentic systems is required.
AWS Bedrock experience is strongly preferred.
Practical experience with solving classification and regression tasks, as well as feature engineering, is necessary.
You should have practical experience with ML models in production and one or more use cases from NLP, LLMs, and Recommendation engines.
Solid software engineering skills are essential, including the ability to produce well-structured modules rather than just notebook scripts.
Expertise in Python and Docker is required.
Experience with data pipelines is necessary.
A strong Intermediate level of English is required.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
