An international mobile game development and publishing company is seeking an experienced Unity Developer for high-ranking projects.
The company has been operating for 10 years and specializes in creating popular mid-core games that have millions of users.
Some of their products have achieved over 15 million downloads, securing leadership positions in the industry.
The candidate will join a team of professionals with successful experience in creating sought-after and highly rated mobile games.
Responsibilities include working on both the client and server sides of the game, supporting and optimizing existing functionality, and implementing new features.
The developer will solve technical challenges that arise during game development and support, ensure the app’s stability, diagnose, and fix bugs.
They will optimize performance and graphics quality for mobile devices and collaborate with the design team, artists, and other developers to implement game mechanics.
The role also involves ensuring the project meets current technical standards and mobile platform requirements, as well as creating and maintaining tools to simplify development and testing.

Requirements:

The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in the gaming industry.
They should have 2.5+ years of relevant experience with Unity and 2+ years of experience in mobile game development.
Strong experience working on the client side of games is required.
A relevant university degree is necessary.
Proficiency in Russian at C1+ level and English at B1+ level is required.
The candidate must demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and punctuality.
A meticulous approach to work with minimal errors and careful handling of data is essential.
The ability to work within a time tracking system is required.
Successful experience in mobile projects, with at least one project that reached 100k+ downloads, is necessary.
The candidate must be willing to work on a B2B contract.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $2500 to $4500 gross, depending on experience.
