Responsibilities include reviewing designs, documenting technical specifications, and providing time estimates for implementing features and fixes.
The developer will write high-performance, reusable, modular code along with automated tests.
Maintaining a close working relationship with a geographically distributed development team in an evolving agile environment is essential.
The position requires following common design patterns, architectural practices, and development methodologies.
Identifying and resolving performance issues to optimize for speed is a key responsibility.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3-7 years of professional work experience in a software development organization.
A minimum of 5 years of professional work experience with Scala, Java, or Go is required.
Experience in designing and coding large distributed systems with high throughput is necessary.
The ability to deliver high-quality software in a fast-paced environment with iterative deadlines is essential.
Candidates should be dedicated team players with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English is required, and Mandarin-speaking is a bonus.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related major is mandatory.
Knowledge of cryptocurrency exchange and blockchain technology is a plus.
