Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in software development.
Professional-level verbal and written communication skills are required.

Proficiency in React, Node, and Typescript is necessary.
Experience with MySQL, MariaDB, or other relational databases is required.
Familiarity with Git and version control software like GitHub or Bitbucket is needed.
Knowledge of application/system design and architecture is important.
Experience delivering software in an iterative environment using agile methodologies is required.
Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., jest, junit) is necessary.
Bonus points for familiarity with module federation, Rust, Java, Kotlin, PHP, Webpack, Redux, asynchronous systems using Kafka, Docker, service-oriented architecture, large-scale distributed systems, CI/CD software best practices, and technical leadership experience.
Candidates should possess a self-driven personality with a focus on customer experience and code craftsmanship, a collaborative spirit, a learning mindset, and an understanding that software development is a team sport.
