Remote Mid/Sr Support Fullstack Engineer

Description:

• Join a mission-driven company focused on leading a collaborative grantmaking platform for global communities.
• Support the Grantmaker product, a Ruby on Rails application with a jQuery front end and ancillary services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues for customers and partners.
• Collaborate with various teams to drive product and process improvements.
• Prioritize tasks independently and identify support trends for process enhancements.
• Enhance observability through logging and monitoring improvements.
• Build test automation for quality releases.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing activities.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building or supporting web apps, preferably B2B apps.
• Full stack engineering experience with Ruby on Rails and JavaScript.
• Strong foundation in computer science and dedication to documentation.
• Curiosity and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Currently residing in Latin America.
