Description:

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a skilled Military Aircraft Data Analyst to contribute to Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives.
This role leverages cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to revolutionize aircraft sustainment, optimize maintenance efficiency, and enhance the readiness of defense systems.
The analyst will improve the quality control of maintenance data product models and support strategic objectives related to predictive maintenance and data analytics.
Key responsibilities include executing program initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with CBM+ business and mission objectives.
The analyst will develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense to support aircraft maintenance analytics and decision-making.
Providing analytical expert insights on maintenance practices to support AI/ML development is also a key responsibility.
Participation in engagement meetings to advise stakeholders on military aircraft data and trends is required.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, including 2+ years in data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of aircraft maintenance practices and industry trends is necessary.
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, and Excel, along with a general understanding of statistical modeling (Weibull, Gamma distributions) is essential.
The ability to interpret Aircraft Technical Orders and apply general aircraft maintenance knowledge is required.
Experience with Maintenance Information Systems and the Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects.
A current minimum DoD Secret Security Clearance is mandatory.
