Description:
Redhorse Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Military Aircraft Senior Data Analyst to transform Air Force aircraft maintenance through Condition-Based Maintenance Plus (CBM+) initiatives.
The role involves leveraging cutting-edge AI/ML technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of aircraft sustainment, significantly contributing to national security.
Key responsibilities include leading program initiatives from inception to deployment, ensuring alignment with CBM+ business and mission objectives.
The analyst will develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and data visualizations using Qlik Sense to support aircraft maintenance analytics and decision-making.
The position requires enhancing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support ongoing CBM+ efforts.
The analyst will provide expert insights on maintenance practices to support AI/ML development and participate in engagement meetings, advising stakeholders on military aircraft data and trends.
Mentoring junior team members and supporting strategic objectives related to predictive maintenance and data analytics is also a key responsibility.
The role includes enhancing quality control (QC) for maintenance data product models.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of relevant aircraft maintenance experience, including 2+ years in data analysis, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
In-depth knowledge of Air Force maintenance practices and aircraft industry trends is essential.
The candidate must have a proven ability to deliver data-driven solutions to complex maintenance challenges.
Strong leadership skills with experience guiding and mentoring junior analysts are necessary.
Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau, Excel) and statistical modeling (Weibull, Gamma distributions) is required.
The ability to interpret Aircraft Technical Orders and apply general aircraft maintenance knowledge is essential.
Strong communication skills capable of presenting technical findings to diverse audiences are required.
Experience with Maintenance Information Systems and Microsoft Office Suite is necessary.
The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment while managing multiple projects.
