Remote ML / Data Engineer

Description:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, measure, and comprehend key metrics, shape business strategy, and product roadmap through data
• Produce analysis reports and models to enhance products and services with data-driven and AI-driven approaches
• Work closely with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to determine data collection requirements, data schema, analysis, model training, and implementation
• Analyze large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using analytical, statistical, machine learning, or deep learning techniques
• Partner with various departments to design and develop analytics solutions, facilitate decision-making, and achieve business goals
• Provide strategies based on data-driven insights across product, marketing, compliance, and other areas
• Identify opportunities to enhance products and services, assess the success of product initiatives, and create data models, automation systems, and reporting frameworks
• Execute Machine Learning projects from inception to completion, present results and business impacts to stakeholders

Requirements:

• Ability to dissect vague and high-level problems and provide solutions
• Proficiency in data extraction, analysis, and modeling
• Capability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment
• Self-motivated, creative, team-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills
• Advocate for documentation, transparent communication, and knowledge sharing
• More than 5 years of professional experience with analysis tools and recommendation systems
• Extensive experience in SQL and Looker Studio or similar tools
• Solid experience in Python and data analysis libraries
• Knowledge of analytical concepts, statistical techniques, and developing ML systems
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch
