Remote ML / Data Engineer

Description:

• The Data Engineer position at Mamo involves analyzing large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using analytical, statistical, machine learning, or deep learning techniques to address complex issues.
• You will collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to understand their business requirements, design analytics solutions, and facilitate decision-making.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights across product, marketing, compliance, and other areas.
• Identify opportunities to enhance products and services, assess the success of product initiatives, and create data models, automation systems, and reporting frameworks.
• Execute Machine Learning projects from inception to completion, present results to stakeholders, and monitor business impacts.

Requirements:

• Adept at dissecting vague and high-level problems and providing solutions.
• Skilled in data extraction, analysis, and modeling.
• Capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Self-motivated, creative, team-oriented, with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Advocate for documentation, transparent communication, and knowledge sharing.
• More than 5 years of professional experience with analysis tools and recommendation systems.
• Extensive experience in SQL and Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Solid experience in Python and data analysis libraries.
• Experience in analytical concepts, statistical techniques, and developing production-grade ML systems.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
