The role is for an experienced ML-focused Software Engineer to join the applied ML team, requiring a proactive and adaptable individual who thrives in a startup environment.
Responsibilities include developing new features using computer vision and NLP models, managing ML Ops tasks, designing and testing experiments to enhance generative AI models, and influencing the technical direction of the company.

Requirements:

Candidates must be self-starters with a "get-stuff-done" attitude, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
A minimum of 2-3 years of industry experience in software development or related fields is required.
Deep experience with Python and PyTorch is essential.
Knowledge of video processing or video streaming is necessary.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required.
Additional preferred experiences include infrastructure and architecture knowledge (dev-ops, ml-ops), experience in developing low-latency applications, having trained or fine-tuned a large language model (LLM), implementing research papers, and familiarity with the video games Portal 1 and 2.
