The role is a full-time position that involves various data engineering tasks including data collection, cleaning, preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and interpersonal skills, along with machine learning expertise.
Responsibilities include understanding business objectives, developing models, analyzing ML algorithms, exploring and visualizing data, ensuring data quality, defining validation strategies, and deploying models to production.

Requirements:

Candidates must have hands-on experience developing with Python and PySpark.
Experience with Spark is preferred.
A strong foundation in statistics is required to analyze data and derive insights.
Familiarity with Azure Databricks or similar platforms is necessary.
Proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras is essential.
Candidates should be proficient in Python and basic libraries for machine learning like scikit-learn and pandas.
Expertise in visualizing and manipulating large datasets is required.
The ability to select appropriate hardware for running ML models with the required latency is necessary.
Familiarity with Azure services is important.
Proven experience with CI/CD and version control systems like GitHub or Bitbucket is required.
Familiarity with Linux OS and concepts is necessary.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Candidates must be self-motivated and able to work well in a team.
A Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited university is required.
