Currently, we are looking for an experienced ML Engineer for PlayA.
The position is remote and is a full-time role.
Playa AI is a trusted AI partner that helps iGaming platforms and operators increase player engagement and revenue.
The company offers tailored solutions that cater to unique platform needs and local market specifics.
The role involves building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning solutions that are ready for production.
Responsibilities include designing and deploying machine learning models for regression, classification, and clustering, developing recommendation systems, writing clean and efficient code in Python, and using AWS tools to build cloud-based solutions.
The engineer will manage workflows with Airflow, handle containerized environments using Docker, and write and optimize SQL queries for data analysis.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and data science.
Strong skills in Python, SQL, and Git are required.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and workflow orchestration using Airflow is necessary.
A good understanding of machine learning techniques such as regression, classification, and clustering is essential.
Proven ability to deliver robust, scalable, and production-grade code is required.
English proficiency at an upper-intermediate level or higher is mandatory.
Nice-to-have skills include experience in building and deploying recommendation systems, familiarity with testing and MLOps practices, and a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
