The Machine Learning Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and productizing machine learning models that deliver business value.
This role involves transforming machine learning prototypes into scalable, production-grade solutions.
The ML Engineer collaborates closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate AI/ML models into products and services.
Key responsibilities include productizing ML models, deploying them into production environments, and ensuring their reliability and maintainability.
The role also involves data preparation, feature engineering, model optimization, and building and maintaining ML pipelines.
Monitoring deployed models for performance drift and suggesting improvements based on evaluation metrics are also part of the job.
The ML Engineer is expected to document processes and stay current with emerging trends in AI/ML technologies.

Requirements:

Candidates should have 0-2 years of experience in machine learning engineering or a related field.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is required.
A basic understanding of machine learning algorithms, deployment practices, and integration is necessary.
Some exposure to integrating machine learning models into products or production systems is preferred.
A passion for AI/ML and a desire to solve business problems through machine learning is essential.
Familiarity with DevOps practices in model deployment, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automated testing is required.
