The ML Ops Engineer will design and scale robust infrastructure, optimize training pipelines on real-world data, and enable ML and Data teams to deploy models and features to production daily.
Daily responsibilities include monitoring, maintaining, and scaling ML infrastructure, deploying and managing hosted models, and designing data infrastructure systems and pipelines.

Requirements:

Candidates must have several years of experience deploying and serving ML models in production environments, using frameworks like Triton and formats like ONNX for scalable, low-latency inference.
Experience with ML training infrastructure, including managing on-prem or colocation GPU clusters, is required.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps best practices, using tools like Terraform, Helm, or ArgoCD, is necessary.
Fluency in container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker is essential for deploying, monitoring, and maintaining machine learning services.
Candidates must speak fluent German (B2 or higher) and have good English communication skills.
Resilience, an iterative working style, and strong communication skills for giving and receiving feedback are important traits.
