Description:

The position is for a Mobile App Developer specializing in Flutter and Dart, based in the Philippines with a work-from-home arrangement.
The salary range for this role is between P60,000 to P120,000 monthly.
The work schedule is Monday to Friday from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM AEST.
Responsibilities include developing and deploying new iOS and Android mobile applications, maintaining and optimizing existing Flutter-based apps, converting Figma designs into functional Flutter UI components, implementing backend integrations using Dart and API connections, and testing, debugging, and troubleshooting Flutter projects to ensure performance and reliability.
The developer will also be responsible for estimating project timelines and providing accurate development forecasts.

Requirements:

Candidates must have proven experience in Flutter and React Native development for cross-platform mobile app development.
Proficiency in Git, Bitbucket, and version control best practices is required.
Experience with Figma for translating UI/UX designs into functional Flutter applications is necessary.
A solid understanding of Agile development workflows and best practices is essential.
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team is required.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with a proactive mindset, are necessary.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as being confident and self-motivated, are important.
Experience building apps with Swift, Java, or Kotlin is a bonus.
Familiarity with other hybrid app development languages such as Xamarin is also a bonus.
