Description:

  • ThoughtExchange is seeking a full-time Mobile Developer (Flutter) to join the Sparrow Product team.
  • The role involves leading mobile application releases and ensuring smooth deployment with minimal downtime.
  • The developer will be responsible for developing and implementing new features to enhance user engagement and align with business goals.
  • Collaboration with QA is essential to establish robust testing strategies and maintain automated test suites.
  • The position requires improving code quality, performance, and maintainability by addressing technical debt.
  • The developer must write clean, testable code that adheres to high-quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a Mobile Developer.
  • Proficiency in Flutter and Dart for cross-platform development is required.
  • A strong understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns is necessary.
  • Experience with mobile app deployment and release processes is essential.
  • Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations is required.
  • Expertise in performance optimization and debugging tools is necessary.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipeline is expected.

Benefits:

  • The position offers a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $123,000 CAD, determined by job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and internal equity assessment.
