Description:

The Mobile Engineer Specialist will be part of the CloudWalk team, a fast-growing fintech company based in São Paulo, known for its innovative approach and strong team culture.
The role involves building beautiful mobile applications for hundreds of thousands of customers, with a focus on extending and improving Android and iOS applications using Flutter.
Daily activities will include deep collaboration with product and design experts to enhance user experience and application performance.
Responsibilities include building, testing, and deploying new user-facing code in Dart for Flutter technology, crafting trustworthy user experiences, investigating and fixing problems, and addressing performance and scalability issues.
The engineer will assist in planning, estimation, and scoping of feature development and review pull requests from other software engineers, potentially engaging in pair programming.

Requirements:

Candidates must have relevant experience with mobile app development using the Dart language and the Flutter Framework.
A strong understanding of "Clean code" principles and the ability to structure code following clean architecture is essential.
Applicants should apply SOLID principles in their daily work and have a deep understanding of state control patterns such as BloC, MobX, and Provider.
Experience in developing Unit Tests and Integration tests in Flutter is required.
Candidates must have successfully developed and deployed a Flutter application to the App Store or Google Play.
Familiarity with Firebase tools and design tools such as Figma, Avocode, or Zeplin is necessary.
Previous experience with mobile app development using native technologies (iOS or Android) is also required.
Exceptional communication skills and advanced English proficiency are essential for effective interaction within the global team.
Candidates are expected to be self-driven, highly collaborative, and able to complete tasks autonomously in a fully remote and distributed team environment.
