  • The Mobile Software Engineer will be responsible for building and enhancing mobile applications that delight users.
  • Key responsibilities include collaborating with a team to drive mobile product goals, creating and maintaining software, analyzing challenges, fixing bugs, mentoring fellow engineers, and participating in team ceremonies.
  • The engineer will also document processes, troubleshoot issues, monitor systems, engage in project discussions, pair program with teammates, and help onboard new team members.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience as a mobile software engineer, with a solid foundation in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Proven experience in building Android/iOS applications using Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, or Flutter is required, along with a track record of regular app releases on Google Play/App Store.
  • Experience in designing modular mobile applications, implementing persistence for offline usage, and optimizing app performance is necessary.
  • Candidates should be skilled at integrating and designing APIs, and deploying/maintaining mobile applications in production.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities and experience in identifying root causes while considering non-functional requirements from the start are essential.
