Description:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for a client in Western Europe, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
Your responsibilities will include developing custom solutions using modern ServiceNow features like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine Studio to design applications, workflows, and integrations that meet business needs.
You will utilize UI Builder to create user-friendly workspaces, implement best practices for code reusability and performance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay updated on ServiceNow advancements, and document your work thoroughly.
Additionally, you will work on IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, implement Performance Analytics, design task automation, and leverage AI and machine learning for automation.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a developer in ServiceNow with a strong focus on ITSM and CSM modules.
Deep expertise in core ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Request Management, Case Management, Account and Contact Management, Customer Service Portal, and Knowledge Base.
Proficiency in ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, as well as experience with Performance Analytics.
Proven skills in using UI Builder to create and customize workspaces, designing complex workflows, applications, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills in English and Polish (B2+ level), and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Relevant ServiceNow certifications (Certified Application Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM, CSM, and ITOM) are highly desirable.
