Description:
As a Senior ServiceNow Developer at Software Mind, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the ServiceNow platform for a client in Western Europe, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM).
Your responsibilities will include developing custom solutions using modern ServiceNow features like Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and App Engine Studio to design applications, workflows, and integrations that meet business needs.
You will utilize UI Builder expertise to create user-friendly workspaces, customize components, and implement advanced scripting for dynamic interfaces.
Implementing best practices for code reusability, maintainability, and performance will be essential, along with collaborating effectively with Product Owners, developers, and IT operations.
Staying updated on the latest ServiceNow updates and features, documenting thoroughly, enhancing IT Operations Management (ITOM) processes, implementing Performance Analytics, and designing task automation are also part of your role.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a developer in ServiceNow with a strong focus on ITSM and CSM modules.
Proficiency in core ServiceNow ITSM and CSM modules including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Catalog, Service Request Management, Case Management, Account and Contact Management, Customer Service Portal, and Knowledge Base.
Experience with ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, as well as Performance Analytics for developing dashboards and reports.
Proven skills in using UI Builder, designing complex workflows, custom applications, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform using modern tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication skills in English and Polish (B2+ level), and relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and with stakeholders to achieve project goals.
