Sparkrock is seeking a high-performing .NET Chief Architect to join their remote Technical Group.
The role involves driving product development and delivering secure software to customers.
Responsibilities include evaluating technical designs, suggesting new technologies, defining coding standards, participating in code reviews, coding complex solutions, managing the product release process, documenting application architecture, solving complex problems, developing ITDs, mentoring developers, and interacting with other teams as the technical expert.
Sparkrock helps social benefit organizations like nonprofits and government agencies improve efficiency through technology, with nearly 45,000 users of their ERP products.

Requirements:

A diploma in Computer Science or a relevant field is required.
Candidates must have 10+ years of experience in .NET development and 5+ years in full stack development.
Hands-on experience with unit/integration tests in both backend and frontend is necessary.
A proven track record of effectively interacting with senior management and creating strong product-driven standards is essential.
Strong English communication skills, both oral and written, are required.
A quality mindset and attention to detail are important for this role.
Nice to have: DevOps experience, experience with ERP product development, a post-secondary degree or diploma in a technology-related field, and previous experience in remote jobs.
