Requirements:

A strong background as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in .NET technologies is required.
Proficiency in front-end frameworks, particularly React, along with a solid understanding of UX design principles is essential.
Experience working in an agile development environment, with a commitment to self-management and accountability, is necessary.
Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role, with a passion for guiding others, is a must-have.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to challenges, are required.
Familiarity with coding assessment tools (e.g., HackerRank) is a plus.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $2,200 to $2,800 per month for candidates in the Philippines and $2,500 to $3,500 per month for candidates in Latin America.
The role is 100% remote, allowing for flexibility in work location.
The schedule will be based on EST or PST, to be determined.
