Remote .Net Developer

Description:

• We are seeking an experienced .NET Developer with 5 years of expertise to join our dynamic team.
• The ideal candidate will possess a problem-solving mindset, a strong background in working with cloud environments (preferably AWS), and the ability to lead the team through the process of upgrading legacy code.
• This role requires exceptional skills in development practices, object-oriented programming, and flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of projects.
• Responsibilities include evaluating and maintaining legacy code, ensuring stability and performance, and leading the team in upgrading legacy systems and implementing modern solutions.
• The developer will also be responsible for developing and deploying applications in the AWS cloud environment, utilizing AWS services to optimize application performance and scalability while ensuring best practices in cloud architecture and security are followed.
• Implementing and advocating for best practices in testing, code review, and technical design is essential, as well as architecting and designing scalable, reliable, and maintainable solutions.
• Establishing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes is a key responsibility.
• The role involves applying advanced object-oriented programming principles to design robust software solutions, ensuring code is modular, efficient, and maintainable, and mentoring junior developers on OOP best practices.
• Additionally, the developer will identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks to improve team efficiency and develop scripts and tools to streamline development workflows.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in .NET development is required.
• A proven track record of working with AWS cloud services is essential.
• The candidate must demonstrate the ability to manage and upgrade legacy systems.
• Strong expertise in the .NET framework and related technologies is necessary.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and architecture is required.
• Exceptional skills in development practices, including testing, code review, and CI/CD, are mandatory.
• Advanced knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) is essential.
• Previous experience with HL7 and FHIR is preferred.
