Description:

Harbor is seeking a temporary .NET Developer to work on an approximately 6-month contract.
The role is to help drive the growth of the newly created Technology-Enabled Solutions group.
The internal software tool integrates multiple financial and operational data sources to enable organizations to monitor key metrics and make informed decisions.
As a .NET Developer, you will support both new and existing clients.
Daily responsibilities include developing and testing responsive web applications, creating test scripts, understanding requirements in an Agile environment, documenting requirements, implementing product updates, and supporting the creation of new modules.
You will work with offshore developers to review and improve code quality and assist in gathering specification requirements from clients.
This is a fully remote role that can be performed from anywhere in the US.

Requirements:

You must have 2+ years of full life cycle application development experience.
Permanent US work authorization is required.
You should have 2+ years of hands-on experience with C#.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience with SQL Server and developing database-driven .NET applications is necessary.
You need 2+ years of experience with .NET framework 4.0+.
2+ years of Azure development experience is required.
You should have 2+ years of experience in developing applications using Azure services.
2+ years of experience with JavaScript, jQuery, and Git is necessary.
You must have 2+ years of start-to-finish application development lifecycle experience.
Effective task management and the ability to balance multiple client engagements and deliverables are essential.
You should be able to analyze, propose, and implement timely, cost-effective, quality solutions for issues within your area of responsibility.
Proven ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment is required.
